Ophelia Gaylord

Ophelia is the newest member of the Gaylord team. Although she has only been with the company for a short time, she already knows more about hardwood flooring than most people working in a carpet store. Ophelia wears multiple hats within the company; mostly because she likes to put a hat on and then take it off and put another hat on until she is interrupted by something more exciting. In her spare time Ophelia enjoys playing dress up with laundry, eating bananas, and playing with her babies (dolls).
