"Fabulous product....unbelievable look.....incredible customer service experience! We have been looking for 5 years for a product that would work with our radient heat. Everyone said we had to use engineered flooring. Over the 5 years we settled on many different products, but never moved forward with making a choice. In November of 2011 we finally made a choice of the engineered flooring we have been looking at, and then a friend suggested that we make a trip to Gaylords. We are so glad he did. We made the trip - the whole experience with the staff at Gaylords was second to none!! The knowledge, the caring, the patience, the accomodations, etc., etc., etc. Our solid wood floors look amazing. They are a custom colour and although they have only been in for just over 2 weeks, we have had many compliments. What is so impressive: the product, the colour options, the knowledgeable and accomodating staff....we are very impressed. We would not change anything. The floors look amazing.
